Shropshire is a county in the West Midlands of England which borders Wales to the west. Shropshire is one of England’s most rural and least populated county, with a low population density compared to other counties in England. Shropshire is also famous for its Shropshire Blue Cheese which is matured for 12 weeks, and is now widely made across the UK, on rather large scales in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
